QUALITY

• The articles must be refereed double-blind. Preferably, papers should be submitted to 3 referees (2 minimum) and revised according to their findings. If one referee approves the text, and one refuses it, the third referee's decision is final. Guest Editors will maintain the reports of the referees before publication of the article. The publisher retains the right to re-referee and/or refuse an approved paper if the paper fails to meet the requirements specified in the review form or if the paper is found unsuitable in any other manner.
• A balance of papers should also be defined globally and topically, and the status and reputation of the research organizations from which the papers submitted are accepted and published must be taken into account.

CONFERENCE PAPERS

It is not surprising to submit papers based on conference articles, which may have been published elsewhere. Special care is required for those papers. In considering submissions on the basis of those, it is important to note the following:

• If the original conference paper has been published somewhere, or the copyright has been transferred to the conference organizers or to another party, the Author is intended to ensure that the copyright owner in the original has provided all appropriate permission. Until such permits have been received, paper submitted to the journal will not be published.
• The paper submitted must be extensively revised, extended and rewritten in order to be completely different from the conference paper or presentation it is based on. The paper must be different enough to make it a new , original piece of work. If less than 50 percent of the paper is obviously new, this is unlikely to be the case. This is a matter of judgment, which should be based on a comparison between the paper submitted and the original conference paper.
• The paper must contain a declaration which completely acknowledges the original conference document:

This paper is a revised and expanded version of a paper presented at [name, place, and conference date] entitled [conference paper title].

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All approved papers are published online, and the electronic copy is subsequently sent to the author. Authors will apply paper with approximately 10 to 18 pages using respective journal online systems.

• 2-3 months for the writers invited to submit their initial draft papers;
• 1-2 months for the refereeing process and to notify the writers about the results of the refereeing process and any changes that the referees have requested.
• 1 month for authors to resubmit the final manuscript of their papers after any amendments requested by the referees are incorporated.

REVIEW PROCESS

1. Initial screening

All papers sent and invited will go through an initial screening process to screen papers that are unacceptable or have specific emphasis, marginal papers, poor papers, etc. Only appropriate and high quality papers should be processed and submitted to referees. Send each paper that passes the initial screening process to three experts to referee.

2. Refereeing Process:

• If the paper is accepted by two referees the paper is then considered for selection. Nevertheless, if they approve the paper BUT the paper scored only slightly or merely appropriate for Originality, Value, Relevance, Presentation and Recommendation then the paper is not up to the journal's standard and should be rejected by the publisher.
• If the paper is rejected by two referees the paper is rejected and the authors are told.
• When two referees are in dispute then the decision of the third referee is final.

Editor-in - Chief may refuse papers rejected by referees but may not submit letters of approval to authors until the Editor-in-Chief has checked all of the papers chosen for the special issue and their refereeing reports.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

The Publisher retains the right to make a final check, i.e. final paper acceptance is subject to this final review process which is part of the quality control procedure of the publisher prior to publication.
For every selected paper the final manuscript will include:

• Paper title, author names, their affiliations, full addresses and e-mail addresses.
• The name, address , email address and fax number of the respective author to whom the typeeset paper proof will go for verification.
• Abstract
• High-quality , high-resolution figures are ideal for black and white printing of high quality figures.
• Each paper must have the author filled out the IJABAS Copyright form. If a paper has more than one author, it shall be the responsibility of the corresponding author to sign the Copyright form.

If papers have been refereed and approved and sent for typesetting, the authors must abide by what they have written; no further modifications are permissible in:

• Information of the author (e.g. adding more names or removing names) or in its series
• Journal material (except for corrections to type-set)

When writers plan to make adjustments to the text, the paper must be removed and must return as a new paper to be refereed. When there is some conflict about authorship or intellectual property, the article must be fully removed from circulation before the authors settle the legal claims. It is not the responsibility of the publisher to settle or interfere in any dispute regarding intellectual property.

TYPESETTING

• Once the final approval process approves the papers for the special issue, the papers are prepared for typesetting, and all subsequent printing procedures must be performed by the publisher.
• Every paper's corresponding author will receive proof of his / her paper for review by email. Within seven days he / she will return the corrected proofs to prevent any delays in publishing the particular issue. If a response has not been received by the research society at that time, the research society will contact Guest Editors to help chase the author for a response.
• After the typesetter has incorporated their corrections, the proofs will be sent to authors again to check and ensure all of their corrections are included. Writers are responsible for testing and correcting the proofs of their articles. Papers can not be written until writers validate and authorize them. And articles, even in very rare cases, can not be revised once they are published, so authors should take great care to approve the final version for publication.

AUTHOR ENTITLEMENT AND POSTPRINT PERMISSION

The author(s) of their published paper will obtain a PDF file. Hardcopies of the journal issues can be bought for authors at a special price. The Journal must also allow the Author to use the Article after publication for non-commercial purposes:

• Use of the article for further research and in courses that the author is teaching, provided the Journal receives acknowledgement as the original publication source.
• Posting of the Accepted Version (final post-acceptance manuscript edition) on the author's personal web pages or in an institutional repository maintained by the organization to which the author is associated, provided that the Journal is recognised as the original source of publication and provided that it is not available until after 4 months from the date of publication).
• Incorporating the content of the Article into other works by the Writer, provided the Journal receives acknowledgment as the original source of publication.

In all cases , complete acknowledgment in the form of a full quote must be given to the Journal as the original publishing source, along with a link to the Journal website and/or DOI.

JOURNAL POLICY

Our policy is to publish only original and unpublished manuscripts, and we do not accept manuscripts that have already been recorded in sections or that contain already published text, details, figures , tables or other illustrations, or any other material submitted or approved for publication in any form, in print or electronic form, either in a journal or conference proceedings. Authors will make a clear declaration to the Editors when sending a manuscript that the research work found in their manuscript is entirely original and unpublished. If redundant or repetitive publication is attempted or occurs writers may expect to take immediate editorial action including prompt rejection of the manuscript submitted. Submission of any paper containing redundant or repeat publication of the same or rather similar research work violates this journal 's policies.

ETHICAL COMPLIANCE

Research articles describing animal or clinical research should include a declaration, where applicable, that they were performed with the approval of the animal or human ethics committee. All research experiments should be performed in accordance with applicable national and local guidelines. Every author(s) warrants that the Protocol for all experimental studies involving animals or humans has been completely accepted by his or her research institution and that all experiments of any kind have been performed in accordance with ethical and humane science standards after approval by the ethics committee.
